How to streamline the procurement methods within a multi-site school catering service? Catering staff are keen to try new ideas but have limited computer skills and system availability.
The solution
Implementation of epsys provided a simple, cost effective means of ordering electronically across this estate of over 100 primary and secondary schools.
The results
Following a short but effective training session for all staff, all food and non-food orders are being placed over the simple to use epsys ordering system. Products and prices are maintained within the system to ensure that management reporting remains comprehensive and fully up to date.
